This customer took their Ducati to a local Yamaha Dealer to get some work done. After a year of absent communication, the bike is retrieved with missing keys, weather checked seat (sat outside), and broken body mount tabs. As much as you could talk about the poor work of the technician, you need to focus on the root cause… a lack of education at the service counter.

Proper communication at the counter would have set the expectation of the customer and pointed the technician in the right direction. Proper communication would have leveraged parts better. Now everyone loses and I get to put it back together.
